Redeeming Myvegas Rewards
Those who play MyVegas, which rewards have you redeemed in the past? I am looking for some recommendations for the 120,000 points I have to use. I was leaning towards some food coupons and a BOGO pass for the monorail...which leads to my next question.
Has anyone ever used their MyVegas points to get the free passes on the LV Monorail? Is it easy to redeem or a pain in the butt? Do they give you a code to use at the ticket vending machines, or do you have to take it to the customer service counter, ect. I don't want to use my points for this if it's going to be a hassle to redeem.
The only MyVegas rewards I've ever used was for the show Zarkana, and it just had me call a specific # to book the show.
Thanks in advance!
We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post, however the opinions expressed are entirely our own. Cruise Frugal does not recommend products or services we would not use ourselves.
- I have a related question - if me and my wife visit Vegas together, and I've redeemed 3 rewards, if I get my wife to start playing MyVegas, can she independently also redeem 3 rewards? Even if they include, say, 2-for-1 shows for the two of us? (I'm at about 100k points, so not enough for enough good rewards yet anyway, but we also aren't planning on going anytime soon.

There’s a little known cruise hack that can be had simply by playing video slot games…for free.
MyVegas Rewards Cruises
Currently, the only participating lines are MSC and Royal Caribbean. In the past, I’ve see deals for Carnival and Norwegian, so I’m going to keep checking for those to pop up as well.
For people who get great longer-term comps from Caesar’s Group, redeeming myVegas buffets will require a bit more patience (checking availability of rewards daily, best if in the morning – we’ll talk about this on another tip of the day) and more strategy. The ever-changing (ever-shrinking) generosity of the myVegas rewards system renders.
MSC
The current MSC offers are all for sailings on MSC Armonia out of Fort Lauderdale in March. These 7 night cruises can be had for as little as 125,000 coins. Taxes and fees are $184. Dates are March 2, March 9, March 23, and March 30.
If I lived in Florida or a neighboring state, I would be jumping all over one of these.
Royal Caribbean
Rules For Redeeming Myvegas Rewards
At the moment Royal Caribbean has just one 3-night cruise up for redemption. It goes from Vancouver, Canada, to Victoria, sails around the Puget Sound a little and then concludes in Seattle. Best of all, the sailing date is in May. Plenty of time to plan for flights or other activities to tack on at the beginning of end of the cruise.
This one will cost 500,000 points with taxes and fees of $111.16 per person.
How To Use Myvegas Rewards
Why Aren’t You Playing?
MyVegas games are fun little gambling apps! It’s free to play. Chips are awarded at timed intervals. You can make in-app purchases for additional virtual gambling money, but I’ve found it really isn’t necessary.
Redeeming Myvegas Rewards Gift Card
I play fairly passively and have managed to amass over a million coins and have redeemed some for onboard credit during a Royal Caribbean cruise. The opportunity to redeem some of my coins for a cruise is exciting and I hope to be able to take advantage of future free cruise deals.
